Delivery Information
Ordering online is easy - choose your products, select your delivery date, make payment and wait for us to deliver the best!
Orders placed before 5am will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5am will be dispatched on the next dispatch day.
We dispatch orders Monday - Thursday (no dispatch Friday, Saturdays or Sundays). Please note that we are closed bank holidays and there will be no dispatch on these days.

Delivery is a next day service through DPD or Royal Mail, once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Although the majority of the time, our couriers will deliver goods the next day, on occasion delays do occur.
Your order will be hand selected by our team of butchers, and vacuum packed to guarantee freshness.
The insulated box will keep your goods cool for up to 50 hours, however please refrigerate (or freeze) your order as soon as it arrives.
The special insulation is made from wool fibres. It can be reused within the plastic packaging, or removed from the plastic and placed into your compost recycling bin!
They can also be used in the garden, for pet bedding, or for arts and crafts!
The ice packs can either be reused, or empty the contents down the sink and pop the plastic in your recycling bin (check your local area as accepted plastic items vary by region)
